TO ORDER AND PURCHASE
Because Rockian Trading is a wholesale company dedicated to supplying Australian hi-fi and music stores, we don't offer the usual public sales facility.  However, if you find a recording on the Rockian Trading web-site that you would like to purchase, we will supply it to you provided it is in stock, or can be shipped promptly. We will accept orders by telephone on (03) 9432 4149, if that is convenient for you. or by our preferred process as follows :— i.) Email us with the number and title of the recording(s) you require. Please include your town/suburb and post code – so we can calculate postage or freight. Please include your telephone number – so we can call you to arrange payment. Email to info@rockian.com.au ii.) If required, Rockian Trading will respond by return email advising availability and price, or telephone you to organize payment. For reasons of security we prefer to arrange payment by telephone. Because we can not guarantee the security of the public email systems, we do not encourage clients to include their credit card details in any email. We accept payment by direct deposit through your local Westpac Bank, online electronic transfer to our bank account, or by credit card using Visa or Master Card. All transactions are made in Australian dollars.  |
