Welcome to the Rockian Trading catalogue of audiophile recordings. It is designed to inform you about the quality record labels we represent. It also provides an opportunity to purchase recordings. Because labels constantly release new titles and delete older titles, this catalogue will always be a work in progress. Each update will include a listing of the most recent releases and new information about the recordings, artists and technology in the news pages. The way most of us enjoy the performances of our favourite musicians, singers, ensembles and orchestras is through their recordings. Since Thomas Alva Edison patented the first phonograph in 1877, science, industry and some dedicated record companies have constantly endeavoured to improve the quality of the recorded sound we all enjoy. Recordings and equipment that accurately capture and reproduce all the elements of a performance convey the full intent of the artist.
