YOU CAN HEAR THE DIFFERENCE

    Leny Andrade began playing piano at the tender age of six, under the tutelage of her mother, a classical pianist and professor at the Conservatory in her native Rio de Janeiro.   She started to sing on the radio at age eight, an auspicious beginning which soon afterwiids led her to great success in the Rio night-club circuit, notably with an up-and-coming pianist named Sérgio Mendes.
