Karina Gauvins unique voice, remarkable technique, and accomplished musicianship have charmed audiences worldwide from the Royal Opera House in London to the 92nd Street Y and Lincoln Center in New York.
In recent years, German harpsichordist Alexander Weimann has emerged as one of the most sought-after ensemble directors, soloists, and chamber music partners of his generation. He is heard in festivals from Vienna and Salzburg, to Tanglewood and the Boston Early Music Festival.
Tempo Rubato is an early music ensemble formed and directed by Alex Weimann. This is their first recording.
